Q.How fast is setup, really?
A.Provisioning is fully automated. From checkout to a joinable server is typically under a minute for supported games. Modpack installs add a few minutes depending on pack size.
Q.Can I switch games on my server?
A.Yes. Your plan is tied to resources, not a game. Swap between any charted world from the panel whenever you like, at no extra cost.
Q.What if I outgrow my plan?
A.Move up to a bigger plan in one click. Your world, mods, and settings move with you. Moving down works the same way.
Q.Do you offer refunds?
A.Every new server carries a 72-hour money-back guarantee. If Astronomical is not for you, write to us and we refund in full, no questions asked.
Q.Where are your servers located?
A.We are launching with North American and European observatories, with more locations planned. Pick your region at checkout for the lowest ping.

Your server can be in orbit before you finish your next queue.
